Red and her friends are on a road trip for Spring break. Then the RV they are travelling in breaks down in the middle of nowhere and things go from bad to worse when a sniper starts shooting at them. One of the group has a secret the sniper wants, starting a cat-and-mouse game that not everyone will survive.
A Good Girls Guide to Murder is one of my all-time favourite series so when I saw that Holly Jackson has come out with a new book I had to read it asap and I'm so glad I did. This book was actually insane, I read it in 2 days because I physically couldn't put it down as I had to know how it ends, who dies and what the secret is as it gives nothing away until the last second.
Every page was so intense and suspenseful, I had to know what would happen next and nothing could prepare me for any plot twists or even the last few pages.
I loved the characters, even those I hate, because they were all so well written and believable as characters instead of caricatures of people, which happens so often with these types of books.
I don't want to say too much and give it away but if you love suspense and thrillers you'll love this one ad it will leave you on the edge of your seat until the very end of the book.
